Members of the public are invited to join Governors and senior leaders from Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT) at its Annual Members’ Meeting on Monday 22 September 2025.
This year’s event is being held in the Derwent Room at The Pavilions of Harrogate, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, HG2 8NZ.
Registration for the formal meeting will take place from 4:30pm and there will be networking opportunities and refreshments for attendees. The formal meeting will commence at 5pm and finish at 6:45pm.
The theme this year is ‘the NHS 10 Year Health Plan for England: fit for the future.’ Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the Trust’s Directors about the plan that was published earlier this summer and how HDFT’s strategy will align with it.
In addition, the Annual Members’ Meeting gives members of the public the chance to hear about the Trust’s other achievements as it shares its reflections on another busy and challenging year.
Attendees will be able to meet Governors, Directors of the Trust Board and a wide variety of staff from across the organisation. There will be an opportunity to pose questions to senior Trust members including the Chair, Sarah Armstrong, and Chief Executive, Jonathan Coulter.
Sarah Armstrong, Chair of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, said:
We really hope you are able to join us in person to hear how we are working to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, children and communities.
The meeting will be recorded and available to watch soon after on the Trust’s website.
The Annual Members’ Meeting agenda and the Annual Report and Accounts for 2024/25 will be formally received and will be available on the Trust website in due course.
This year’s event is expected to be busy so anyone interested in attending should contact the Foundation Trust Membership Office to book a place by emailing hdft.nhsfoundationtrust@nhs.net or calling 01423 557351.
