Retiring from the Service has not stopped Bruce Reid making plans to give Dinners to those that may need them.

Bruce was previously stationed at Station and led the way for White Watch to offer a Dinner to anyone that would like it. Things are a little different this year and a delivery service is being arranged, with just a limited number eating-in.

When it was run from the Fire Station, they were overwhelmed with donations of food, and they already have plenty of donations.

The Knaresborough Cricket Club is also providing use of their kitchens and facilities.

Bruce Reid said:

We have already had a fantastic response and have volunteers for food preparation, cooking and delivery.

There alerwady have enough donations of food, but we do need people to tell us if you would like a Christmas dinner – please just get in touch!
