Phoenix Firebirds crowned Harrogate District Netball Champions!

Local team Phoenix Firebirds won their final game of the season beating Challengers 46-27 to win the District Netball League (Division One.)

The HDN Winter League is open to all clubs in the North Yorkshire County that are affiliated to England Netball, and it has seen 25 clubs from the region compete across 3 divisions.

Phoenix Firebirds have played some amazing netball this season under the guidance and coaching from Christine Stephen winning the title by 15 points. Phoenix Fever, who train alongside Firebirds, also finished 2nd to mean the club secured the top 2 spots in Division One!
