Harrogate duo launch marketing automation agency

4 August 2018

Two marketing specialists have joined forces to launch a digital agency that harnesses the latest marketing technology.

Brett James and Graham Davidson launched Harrogate-based Peppy Marketing after spotting a gap in the market for a business that focuses on optimising the customer journey utilising a unique platform.

They are already celebrating a five-figure contract with Brackenwood, a family business that installs replacement windows and doors in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. This follows a contract win with one of the UK’s leading fine wine investment companies.

The experienced duo gave up careers with an established marketing agency to plough their efforts into creating a new type of agency. Both have several years’ experience of devising marketing strategies and design briefs, specialising in campaigns for multiple industries.

They are working in partnership with Leeds-based software provider Force24, which has already awarded Peppy Marketing the status of Platinum Partner.

Brett said:

We know there are many companies out there that are not being serviced as well as they could be by their agency. We are ambitious, we want to challenge the marketing services model.

Companies who use our services will increase sales opportunities through using intelligent strategies and automation. We do this by managing the customer journey from initial enquiry to purchase to life cycle. We offer attention to detail and a meticulous focus on creating the best possible customer experience to deliver fantastic ROI.

The Force24 platform offers a toolkit of services include an email design studio, microsite builder, drag and drop journey builder, web activity and e-commerce tracking.

Graham added:

We have done our homework and put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes. There have been some late nights of planning but it’s all because we passionately believe in the platform we are offering.

We are confident that we can drive the business forward but we don’t want growth for growth’s sake – we will never sacrifice customer experience.
