Fatal cycle collision between Patelely Bridge and Grassington

are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road traffic on B6265 Dibble’s Bridge, between Grassington and .

The collision occurred at approximately 8.30am on Sunday 2 August 2015, when a pedal cycle heading towards Grassington, from the direction of Pateley Bridge, collided with the bridge throwing the rider over the bridge into the stream below.

The rider of the pedal cycle, 41 year old man, received fatal injuries.

The Roads Policing Group is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them.
