Appeal after collision near Bickerton involving stolen van

are appealing for information after the theft of a van which was later involved in a collision near the town.

The white Ford Transit was taken in the early hours of Saturday 8 November 2014, from a caravan park on Springs Lane, Bickerton.

It was located around forty minutes later having come off the road near the racecourse in Bickerton.

PC Quita Passmore, of Priority Team, said: If you have any information which could help to identify those responsible for the theft of the van, or witnessed the collision, I urge you to come forward and contact the straight away, as you may be able to help further my enquiries.

I am also keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a white Ford Transit van being driven in a suspicious manner around the time of the incident and ask them to get in touch.
