The final saw representatives from the Harrogate Darts league in Terry Jackson and Barry Nelson, in a close game Nelson took the first leg, and Jackson the second, nerves took over in the final 501 shot out with both players missing vital double for the crown.

Nelson eventually nailed the winning double to become the 3rd Middle Ages champion of the Harrogate District.

As far as the local leagues are concerned Bilton Batsmen are runaway leaders in division one so the chase is on for the runners up spots, and in Division 2 Railway Athletic appear to have an unassailable lead.
