Hockey Club u-10 boys are Yorkshire champions at the weekend after an impressive all-round display in the county finals.

The youngsters beat , Airedale and Ben Rhydding A and B teams to take the title. Captain Thom Nash claimed the vital final goal while keeper Alex Middlebrook pulled off some stunning saves to keep a clean sheet in the last match of the day.

The boys, who just last week were named Junior Team of the Year in the District Sports , will next be in action in the North of England finals on April 1st.
