CNG continues to expand its team

6 December 2011

Harrogate-based CNG continues to blaze an impressive trail through 2011 with a further eight appointments; just weeks after announcing its renewal rate was soaring above the national average.

The latest additions – Nick Bullock, Jonny Walker, Dawn Williams, Lucy Morrison and Dawn Iseley – are boosting service provision in the Sales and Billing departments. While James Harris, Dawn Bohanna and Hannah Rankine are boosting the Credit Control side of the business.

With a wealth of customer service knowledge under their belts from diverse customer-facing posts including banking, retail and food service organisations; the new recruits are gearing up for 2012. Next year is already looking like it will be a record-breaker as CNG ploughs additional investment into team training and external accreditations which recognize its commitment to the customer; including Investors in Customers, which the team is currently working through.

CNG now operates with 59 staff and has its sights set on being the primary choice for businesses seeking an exceptional deal with the service to match.

Jonny Walker commented:

Despite only having been at CNG for a few weeks I already feel very much part of the team due to the friendly atmosphere and the readily given assistance from my new colleagues. I’m looking forward to learning all aspects of the role and progressing in my career with the company.

Nick Bullock added:

I’m delighted to be joining this award-winning, dynamic and fast growing business. I’ve been made to feel very welcome by all the friendly staff.

This raft of appointments marks ten since the start of this year. CNG has seen a significant rise in demand for its services and is working hard to make sure it continues to innovate and attract more customers.

Through ongoing development of staff and sourcing the ideal candidates CNG is hoping to replicate the success of the last 18 months which included four award wins and being shortlisted for the National Customer Service Awards. The team also celebrated becoming the first ever commercial gas supplier to receive the ‘Putting the Customer First’ standard.

CNG MD Jacqui Hall commented:

Another wealth of new talent highlights how serious CNG is taking its growth plans and how ultimately, better service is at the heart of everything we do.

Our latest starters each bring some new and valuable experiences to the table and we welcome their input as we move towards another hopefully exciting and productive year for CNG.
