Police are investigating an altercation that occurred at Boroughbridge Football Club on the afternoon of Wednesday, 8 April 2026.
It happened at approximately 4pm and involved a group of young people and two adult men.
Officers attended and two men in their 40s were arrested on suspicion of affray.
They have since been released on bail as our enquiries continue.
Officers are now asking for anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the incident, or who may have information that could assist the investigation, to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 12260062506.
