Jim Croxton, chairman at BIGGA, said:

I am delighted with how well the show has gone this year. We have experienced record numbers of visitors many of whom have taken advantage of the strong offering of education and development we offer here at the show. This is BIGGA’s 25th Anniversary and to celebrate we had a great party at The Old Swan. Our visitors enjoy coming to Harrogate and spending time at the show and in and around the town.

Angus Houston, director at HIC, added:

BIGGA and the BTME Show is one of the stalwart events here at HIC and I am delighted to welcome Jim and his team again. The show is a huge success and gets visitors from all over the UK, Europe and the world. The show is fondly referred to as ‘Harrogate Week’ with many visitors heading for the same restaurants and bars year after year.

The show sees exhibitors and visitors from the Turf Management profession access all the trends, technology and information as well as providing a wealth of educational and development seminars and workshops. The main aim of the show is to improve the standing and status of those people who manage and look after golf courses.
