Harrogate Town AFC have said that they delighted to announce the signing of Ipswich Goalkeeper Henry Gray on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old was born in Monchengladbach, before moving to New Zealand at a young age and featuring for the likes of Lower Hutt FC, Waterside Karori and Welllington Phoenix.
In May 2023 Gray signed a contract with Ipswich Town, who would send the young shot stopper out on loan to gain first team experience at both Chelmsford City and Braintree Town.
At Braintree, Gray would keep nine clean sheets in 20-games on the way to being named the club’s Young Player of the Season.
Gray has been capped at U20 level for New Zealand, being named Goalkeeper of the Tournament in the 2022 OFC U19 Championship winning campaign and was called up to The All Whites senior squad for the first time in May 2023.
Gray is available for our Vertu Trophy trip to Stockport County, subject to FA and EFL approval.
