Plans for a new residential development off Penny Pot Lane in Harrogate have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council following community consultation.
Taylor Wimpey has submitted an Outline Planning Application for approximately 320 new homes, a mobility hub to promote sustainable travel, and significant green open space. The proposed development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from one- to five-bedroom homes with 40% affordable homes included.
The national housebuilder gathered feedback from the local community which has helped inform the planning submission. Feedback has reinforced the inclusion of open green spaces on-site including a new equipped children’s play area. The consultation activity included meetings with Harrogate Town Council and Killinghall Parish Council.
