Free event that’s being held in Harrogate next Thursday (March 22) from 10am – 12 noon.
John Timpson CBE, the CEO of national company Timpson UK, will be in Harrogate to speak to Yorkshire businesses and offer his tips on the value of customer service. It’s a great opportunity for local businesses to ask advice from John, who’s company now has over 1,600 branches nationwide, a turnover of over £200m and profits of over £25m.
Also speaking at the event is Marcus Black from the hugely successful Spirit of Harrogate, and Kate Hardcastle, an award-winning consultant and entrepreneur who speaks at international events and is a regular industry commentator to Sky News and BBC, amongst others.
