Supporting Older People are hosting an Ascot Ladies Day at the Cedar Court Hotel on Thursday 21st June arrival 12 noon for 12.30pm. This is a great chance to get dressed up, enjoy a delicious lunch and watch all the action from Ascot on the big screen whilst taking part in our sweepstakes.
Supporting Older People are a local charity aiming to prevent loneliness amongst older people in Harrogate and Knaresborough. With help of a wonderful team of volunteers we run a Home Visiting Scheme, Telephone Befriending, Tea and Talk, Singing Group, Outings and a Lunch Club. The proceeds from this event will go towards facilitating this vital work.
So get your glad rags on and come and support this fun event – men are also very welcome!
