OneWellness Harrogate, will be offering a seminar on Type 2 Diabetes, hosted by Specialist Nutritional Expert Dr Matthew Campbell, an expert in the field who will present evidence based research from Newcastle University.

In the UK alone £1.5 million an hour is spent from the NHS budget for England and Wales on Diabetes. Across West Yorkshire and Harrogate, nearly 39,161* people are at high risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes this year, so ensuring local residents in Harrogate can access specialist advice is crucial to manage the condition.

With new proven in-depth research into Type 2 Diabetes, Dr Matthew Campbell who is a leading expert in the field, will show that there is the ability to reverse the condition. In cases of early diagnoses, it is possible to control a patient’s diet over a period of eight weeks, without medication, to help reverse the disease.

The OneWellness centre has held previous seminars at OneWellness which were sold out and included ‘how to stop snacking’, and tips on ‘how to lose weight and keep it off’.

To book a place contact or phone 01423569212. The seminar is £10 per person and can be paid prior, or upon arrival.
