John Sheehan and Fraser Skirrow are returning to Harrogate Library to talk about the experiences of local soldiers in 1918
Fraser and John are renowned experts on the Harrogate battalions which fought for King and Country in the First World War. In their third annual talk, John and Fraser will tell us how these local heroes played their part in winning the war on the Western Front before going to Germany as part of the Army of Occupation. The talk will be illustrated with original photographs.
The talk will take place on Friday 9th November, 7.30pm. Tickets, priced at £4, are available to purchase from Harrogate Library.
