Matthew Wilson is a well-respected garden designer, writer, radio and television broadcaster and lecturer.

Matthew runs his own garden and landscape design practice, alongside which he writes extensively in the media, is a regular correspondent for the Financial Times and has been a panellist on Radio 4’s Gardeners Question Time since 2009.

Matthew lived and worked in Yorkshire for 10 years during which time he ran Harlow Carr; the Royal Horticultural Society’s much loved garden just outside Harrogate.

Matthew has also designed award-winning gardens at Chelsea Flower Show, including his 2016 show garden for Welcome to Yorkshire, which won the coveted ‘People’s Choice Award’.
