Starbeck Methodist Church

93 High Street, Starbeck
North Yorkshire

This is one of our series of Functions for Fun and Fellowship at Starbeck Methodist Church.

This is an evening with Zeke Deighton, a local man who tells the story of his growing up in Follifoot in the 1940’s,50’s and 60’s when the pace of life was slow, there were few cars and no televisions.

Where much of the work was done by horses and the pace of life was the same as theirs. Zeke illustrates his evening with songs, readings, and anecdotes; choruses and humour abound.

Come and join us for a nostalgic evenings entertainment.
