Harrogate Town Captain, Josh Falkingham has teamed up with Martin House Charity to help with their virtual race to the North Pole.

Falkingham is putting his shirt behind the fund raising challenge. Every step he takes in training and during matches is there to sponsor and the mileage he generates gets the Wetherby Surgery team closer to that tent.

Martin House have a simple mission, To help children and young people with a life-limiting condition, along with their families, to live well and fully, offering the best possible end of life care and support to the family in bereavement.

During his time at Leeds United Josh came to know the vital role Martin House play and in his own words, “As a very young man it instantly struck me how lucky I was and what an impact the Hospice made with children and their loving families.”

Josh tells us all about the project himself here –
