Sir Graham Brady, Chairman of the 1922 Committee, has released a statement saying that the number of Conservative Party parliamentarians calling for the vote had reached the necessary threshold.

Andrew Jones doesn’t have the backbone to vote against Boris! He is a wimp – a complete waste of time & he also needs to go! We need a local MP who fights on our behalf; gets things done & is honest & reliable. Andrew Jones is none of these things – he just swims with the tide who doesn’t want to upset his Prime Minister incase he loses his job! We need someone to stand up for our disabled and elderly residents and fight for us to get our bus services back but instead, he does absolutely nothing! He sits on his fence waiting for the next photo opportunity instead of giving Harrogate a voice. Bring back Phil Willis – he did get things done!
