Harrogate BBQ chef closes the door at the Blues Bar in major expansion plan

31 March 2017

Harrogate BBQ chef Andy Annat is closing the doors at The Blues Bar to concentrate on expansion in event hospitality.

Andy has created corporate BBQ events over the past two decades & is aggressively expanding its network by launching a new “pop up” concept connecting Scotland to Devon, further strengthening its already vast network .

The “Pop Up” venues offer the general public & our loyal customers the opportunity to sample World BBQ and join these culinary events throughout UK. Based from the Warehouse Recording Co. in Harrogate, you’ll find customers trying out new menus on music event nights and hungry foodies will find their next unique meal. The venue is also available for product launches and special occasions.

Pennie Greenwood head of Commercial Operations at Crackerjack BBQ said: Due to our success, we’ve been planning expansion for some time, we plan to execute geographic expansion and bring our BBQ and live fire events to clients overseas as well as in the UK. We have been keeping an eye open for niche expansion opportunities and we are planning ahead for the new and exciting challenges that this brings spreading our services to a wider audience.

Commenting, Annat said: We will be closing our food operation at The Blues Bar on 6th April to concentrate on our expansion programme. We have some fantastic customers and the constant requests to bring our diverse live fire cooking to other new and unique venues has become increasingly popular. We will be popping up’ at locations across the country and can be contacted through www.andyannat.com

The new base at The Warehouse Recording Co. on Wetherby Road, Harrogate is open as a live music and event venue too, with Andy’s hospitality coming from the new bar and kitchen.
