Police call for witnesses after man exposes himself in Harrogate town centre

Harrogate Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an incident of indecent exposure that occurred in Harrogate Town Centre.

  • Tuesday 20 September 2016
  • Between 4:45pm and 5.10pm

It involved an elderly man exposing himself to two teenagers. The male was walking between the Cenotaph and the Bus Stop several times while committing the offence. A male was identified and arrested at the scene on the day of the offence.

Police are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, they are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the man’s behaviour to come forward.
