The Harrogate Emergency Department (A & E) fundraising team are eagerly looking forward to hosting their first Autumn Ball,
The event is part of the Harrogate Hospital Community Charity and is a black tie event taking place on Saturday 1 October 2016 at the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate..
The guests will be greeted with a red carpet and a professional photographer to capture guests looking glamorous as they arrive. There will then be a bucks fizz reception followed by a three course dinner and disco.
Other entertainment during the course of the evening will be an auction and raffle with some great prizes. won.
Proceeds from the ball will go towards state-of-the-art equipment for the resuscitation room in the Emergency Department.
Sister Rachael Worton, head of the Ball committee said:
Many local businesses have donated prizes to this prestigious event, and the team are looking for more sponsors who can donate prizes or funding so that more of the ticket money can go directly into the charitable funds. Any donations are hugely appreciated and of course all sponsors will be credited on the ball programme.
Tickets, which will be going on sale on 1 June 2016, will be £40 each.
