The property investment and development firm has instructed Savills and Carter Jonas as joint  letting agents  at Windsor House, which provides 75,244 sq ft (6,990 sq m) of office space.  The stone built period property, which dates back to the early 1900s and previously operated as a hotel, is occupied by approximately 100  businesses.

Situated in the centre of Harrogate at the junction of Cornwall Road and Clarence Drive, Windsor House overlooks Valley Gardens and is close to the Harrogate International Conference Centre.  Tenants include Tees Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation, Neoss and PFP Group.

Paul Fairhurst, office agency director at Savills, comments:

We are pleased to have acquired this prestigious office development on behalf of Boultbee Brooks and Windsor House will now undergo a refurbishment to enhance and improve its offer for modern occupiers.  We are confident that this, combined with its scenic and well-connected location, will generate strong demand for the remaining space.
