Public urged to look out for wanted man

Police are appealing to the public to help them locate a wanted man.

Patrick James Lee, aged 31 and of Robinson Court, in York, is wanted for recall to prison after breaching the terms of his release licence.

Lee was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment in 2011, after being convicted of grievous bodily harm, actual bodily harm and common assault.
He was released from custody in February 2014, however on 5 September his licence was revoked.

Officers believe that Lee is either still in York or has travelled to Scarborough and are urging the public to keep an eye out for anyone matching his description.

Lee is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall, with a medium build, blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone who can help officers to locate Patrick James Lee is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 1 – and ask pass information to the Force Control Room.
