Driver fails to stop at scene of Harrogate collision

Police are appealing for the driver of a bronze coloured Volvo estate car to come forward following a collision on Station Parade in Harrogate.
It happened at 6.50pm on Tuesday 17 June 2014, at the junction with York Place and involved the Volvo and a red Volkswagen Polo.

No-one was injured as a result of the crash.

The Volvo did not stop at the scene of the crash and police would like to speak to the driver.
The driver’s side of the Volvo may have sustained damage and officers are appealing for the driver or anyone who can help identify them to come forward, along with any witnesses to the collision.
The driver and anyone with any information is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 1 and ask for the Safer Neighbourhood Service Desk.
