Two mobility scooters stolen from Bedale

Bedale police are appealing for information following the theft of two mobility scooters from a property in Queen Ann’s Drive.

The scooters, one described as dark silver and the other red with a basket on the front, were taken from the garden of the property between 3.30am and 5pm on Thursday 22 May 2014.

The scooters had low battery life in them and may have been taken away in another vehicle due to their size.

Police are appealing to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area last Thursday or knows where the scooters are now, to contact them.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for Bedale police station.
