Missing person from North Lincolnshire – all areas appeal

are appealing for assistance in locating a man who has been reported missing in North Lincolnshire.

Ian CLIPSON (47) of Far Ings Road, Barton was reported missing to police on Monday 09 December after he was last seen at his home address on Saturday 07 December at around 0900hrs and has not been seen since.

Mr CLIPSON is described as a white male, 5ft 9ins tall and with long shoulder length hair. He is of a stocky build and has stubble. He was last seen to be wearing a light brown coloured KAPPA jacket, a plum coloured t-shirt, khaki trousers and brown coloured shoes.

It is believed Mr CLIPSON left his home address in a silver/green coloured Ford Fiesta VRM Y141 UGG and police would ask anyone who may see this vehicle to please get in touch.


Officers are concerned for the welfare of Mr CLIPSON as his disappearance is out of character for him and it is not like him to not make contact with friends or family.

He has connections to North and North East Lincolnshire along with the Lincoln and North Yorkshire areas.

Mr CLIPSON and anyone who can help police locate him is asked to call Humberside Police tel 101 quoting log 314 of 09 December 2013.
