Pass the parcel campaign tests the festive spirit of Harrogate business

4 December 2013

Harrogate-based integrated agency, Raw Creative, is testing the town’s festive spirit, with a pass the parcel style campaign that has been designed to give children at Harrogate Hospital a smile this Christmas.

The team at Raw Creative will be wrapping ten separate presents and delivering them to ten Harrogate-based businesses on Thursday 6th December, asking them to add their present to the mix ‘pass the parcel style,’ before passing it on to a company of their choosing.

There is no limit on the number of businesses the packages will go to, but all ten present-filled parcels must be back at Raw HQ at 17 Albert Street by Tuesday 17th December, ready for delivery to kids at Harrogate Hospital on Thursday 19th December.

Kirstyn Pollard, Managing Director, said:

We would love for local businesses to get involved with our pass the parcel campaign – spending Christmas in hospital is difficult for anyone, especially children. If enough local businesses participate, we can all play our part in giving the kids at Harrogate Hospital a smile this festive period. We ask that businesses keep their eyes peeled for a parcel, do their bit and pass it on!

Businesses will be given a unique code and encouraged to use social media to keep track of the parcels and their progress. If you want to follow general updates for the campaign, you can search #HGpasstheparcel on Twitter.
