Emergency Services are currently attending a two vehicle road traffic collision in Blubberhouses (6 Sept 13 at 15:15)
It is being described as a serious collision with the road closed in both directions.
Traffic is already backing up and drivers are being asked to find an alternative route.
From Skipton: A59 Bolton Abbey roundabout, utilise the B6160 to avoid A59
From Harrogate; The B6451 can be used.

The incident involved Renault Megane in beige and a Renault Megane in red.
One driver has minor head injuries with the road opening very shortly.
