CNG MD Jacqui Hall has received an award on behalf of the CNG team from leadership and cultural change specialists 2Inspire; following completion of the company’s first development programme.
CNG engaged 2Inspire to deliver a company-wide schedule of course sessions designed to incite cultural change and boost the ability of team members to achieve maximum success. This is one part of a major strategy which will see CNG work through all sections of the business to excel in service, job satisfaction and competitive offering.
The programmes are designed to improve key areas of not only business, but also key areas of an individual’s personal life. Ensuring people are not only more effective in the business environment, but also more confident and less stressed. This creates better people for CNG, their families, friends and the community.
Over eight sessions; employees and management at CNG have been engaged in the programme and have been praised by 2Inspire for the way in which they took on board the course’s principles to full effect.
2Inspire – set up by entrepreneur Rob Northfield – is centered on both structured and bespoke development and leadership programmes which bring out the best in businesses. The benefits range from increased morale and motivation to profitability and staff retention.

This personnel development comes hot on the heels of the recent announcement that CNG has become the first commercial gas supplier in the country to receive the ‘outstanding’ Investor in Customers Award in celebration of its commitment to customer service.
