Seven more young IT stars in training for product management roles at Harrogate-based Cloud specialist

Harrogate-based Cloud services provider, InTechnology has welcomed seven more candidates on to its Training Academy who are all hoping to earn a place in the company’s product and project management teams.

This latest drive comes hot on the heels of InTechnology’s earlier Sales Academy, the first phase of which drew to a close last month and saw all ten trainees securing sales roles in the business. InTechnology was keen to continue its successful training and recruitment initiative designed to find the best talent and IT stars of the future. The latest candidates come from a range of academic and professional backgrounds and were selected from over 70 applicants.

Bryn Sage, Chief Operating Officer at InTechnology said:

This has been an extremely successful year for our organisation, and keen to capitalise on this, we are always looking to welcome new talent to the business.

We are putting our trainees through their paces so they are ready to hit the ground running when they take up their positions with the product and project management teams. As a business we focus on excellence and our intensive training programme really reflects this and prepares the trainees for their future roles.

All the trainees are based within easy reach of InTechnology’s head office. The youth of today are often inaccurately given a bad press and it’s great that we are able to offer these opportunities to young, local people keen to take their first steps on the IT career ladder.

Katy Price, one of the new trainees added:

InTechnology is a great company to work for and I am really pleased to have been offered a place as a trainee. With record numbers of young people struggling to get jobs at the moment, I’m keen to embrace the opportunity I’ve been offered and learn as much as I can about the business to make sure I secure a role at the end of the training.

The training is taking place in two phases over a three-month period. There are product and project management positions available for all seven trainees. Now it is up to them to show they are up to the challenge!
