We have released this CCTV to assist with identifying a number in people in connection with the disorder in Chapeltown.

The motorists driving along Chapeltown Road experienced bricks and stones being thrown at their cars which will have been a distressing situation for many not to mention the damage caused to their cars.

We believe that this group are local to the Chapeltown area and that residents within the community will know who these people are.

We are investigating all reports of disorder and have already arrested 23 people since the beginning of the week. We are taking these incidents very seriously and we will continue to release CCTV and images in an attempt to identify all those involved.
