Efit issued in Thirsk burglary appeal

Police in Thirsk have issued an efit of a man they are trying to trace following a burglary on the Norby estate.

At around 12.30pm on 21 April 2016, a woman in her late seventies disturbed two men who had entered her bedroom via an unlocked back door.

The men left the property, escaping from the rear of the home and taking with them, a number of the victim’s rings.

Officers are appealing to anyone who can help to identify the man shown in the efit to contact them.

They also want to hear from anyone else who has any information that could assist their investigation.
