UKIP Scottish MEP David Coburn is the guest speaker at the party’s Harrogate & Knaresborough branch meeting this Thursday. (December 10)
The event, which is open to both members and non-members, is being held at 7.30pm at the Ascot House Hotel, on Harrogate’s Kings Road.
Mr Coburn, who studied law at Leeds University, was elected to the European Union in 2014, and represents the Party in Scotland.
UKIP Harrogate & Knaresborough branch chairman Alan Henderson said:
We are delighted to be welcoming David to our December meeting.
David is one of the party’s more colourful characters, and his visit comes hot on the heels of that of Welsh MEP, Nathan Gill.
Unlike other political parties in the area, all our meetings are open to the public, and David will be talking about the forthcoming in/out EU referendum, and what we can do to help support the No campaign.
