Harrogate law firm, McCormicks, has appointed the highly-regarded Solicitor, Sara Morgan. She will take a leading role, as a Senior Associate, in the firm’s Employment and Regulatory/Disciplinary departments.
Sara joins the practice with more than 30 years’ experience at Leeds-based national commercial law firms.
Her Employment work, primarily for employers, spans all aspects of the subject with particular expertise in restructuring exercises, business transfers and severance packages for senior executives. She has represented clients in complex Employment Tribunals and Appeals.
Sara also has extensive experience of regulatory matters, particularly those involving pharmacists, where she has handled criminal prosecutions and disciplinary proceedings before the Fitness to Practise Committee of the General Pharmaceutical Council. She has been involved in applications for, and opposition to, applications for new pharmaceutical contracts.
