Police are appealing for information following a single vehicle collision on the A658 between Huby and Harrogate at Nab Bridge.
The incident was reported to police at 12:30am on Monday 13 April 2015 and involved a White Range Rover.
The driver of the Range Rover, a man in his forties, was uninjured in the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have seen the Range Rover prior to, or after the collision, to get in touch. In addition, anyone who may have any information about other vehicles on the A658 between the hours of 10.30pm on Sunday 12 April, and 12:30am on Tuesday 13 April, to contact the police.
