A woman who was found murdered at her home in Leeds yesterday has been named as Suzanne Louise Lancaster.

At 10pm last night North Yorkshire Police were contacted by a man who gave information about a woman who was dead at an address in Moortown, Leeds.

West Yorkshire Police was informed and officers went to the address in Talbot Avenue and found the body of the 67-year-old woman inside the property.

The call also raised concerns for the welfare of the man and officers from both forces began enquiries to locate him.
