In just a matter of weeks a brand new homes development will open the doors to its sales centre as a selection of new homes are unveiled.
Leading house builder Miller Homes is building 74 three, four and five bedroom homes at its Quercus Green development located on the outskirts of Harrogate on Bogs Lane.
Jan Hanaby area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire said: We are delighted to be joining the community in the Boggs Lane area of town and look forward to helping people find a lovely new home with us. We will have a fantastic state-of-the-art sales office and highly experienced Bethany McDonagh will be our sales adviser at the development.
To help buyers appreciate the quality of Miller Homes the housebuilder will also have a show home at the development, the interior of which has been created by Yorkshire designer Jeanette Holmes and was inspired by leading pottery manufacturer Emma Bridgewater.
Jan Hanaby continued: Buying a Miller home will be an enjoyable experience and we will offer help from the beginning such as choosing the best plot and house type for you.
This will include choosing the perfect plot and house type for them, presenting them with purchase and financial options and taking them on their house buying journey.
Quercus Green will be located on Boggs Lane, Harrogate, HG1 4EB. It is anticipated that the development will open to customers in early June. Miller Homes is also opening its Harlow One development in the town later this summer.
The development takes its name from the majestic oak tree (part of the Quercus family) that lies opposite the spine road of the development in the grounds of Henshaw’s college.
