Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road traffic incident on Rudgate, Wetherby on Thursday 18 July.
The incident happened at 1.35pm and involved one vehicle – a Mercedes Sprinter Van.
The van, which was travelling north to south left the carriageway and went into a grass verge.
The driver of the van, a 63-year-old Leeds man was taken to hospital but later died.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact Sgt Karl Quinn of the Major Collision and Enquiry Team on 101.
