The race meeting planned for Sunday 29th April has been abandoned due to waterlogging.
Significant drainage occurred overnight, however some parts of the track still have standing water which due to the height of the water-table is not going to disperse in time.
Anybody who is in possession of advance purchased tickets can claim a full refund.
All refund applications must be claimed by writing to the racecourse office within 14 days of the date of the meeting. Please return your tickets or badges, with the name and address of who is to receive the refund and provide details as to how they were originally purchased.
Please note that if you have purchased advance racecard vouchers or packages which include refreshment/tote and racecard vouchers; you must also return these in order to gain a full refund.
Refund will be either by crediting the card your original payment was made with or in the case of cash/cheque purchases by sending you a cheque.
If you purchased badges/tickets in advance of the meeting, and they were not sent out but left for collection on the day of racing, then you will receive an automatic refund.
Hospitality clients will be offered a full refund or may choose to transfer their booking to another fixture; a member of the hospitality team will contact you early next week.
