Report to be published on the re-routing of A61/pedestrianisation of Station Parade

The Harrogate Service Centre Transportation Strategy (SCTS) consultation has finished and a report will be published on 2 June 2011 It will also be going to area committee next Thursday (9 June 2011).

The SCTS has proposed to re-route the A61 and pedestrianise Station Parade.

Following the Area Committee (County Councillors from the Harrogate area) all comments are taken on-board and the final decision in terms of recommendations will be made by the Director and Executive members at a meeting 8th July 2011.
