8 members of staff will be attempting to complete the gruelling 26-mile circular route in less than 12 hours. The route climbs Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent, the three highest mountains in Yorkshire, and involves some very rough terrain. The challenge will take place on Saturday 16th April and the team have been in serious training.

The colleagues have chosen Disability Action Yorkshire to benefit from their efforts, as it is a charity very close to their hearts. Howard Marshall, a Director at the company, is a Trustee of the charity and encouraged members of his staff to get involved. The team hope to raise hundreds of pounds for the charity.

Leah Mellors, Community Fundraiser at Disability Action Yorkshire, said “It is wonderful to see the commitment and effort that Marshall Zoing staff are putting into this challenge to raise funds for our services. The money they raise will make a huge difference to the lives of our service-users and we are very grateful”.

Disability Action Yorkshire is a registered charity, based in Harrogate, providing care and support for disabled adults across the county. They provide residential care, employment skills training and home-care for adults with physical, learning and sensory disabilities.
