Power tools stolen in Northallerton raid

Northallerton police are investigating after over £5000 worth of power tools were stolen from a local business.

Sometime between 6pm on Monday 14 February 2011 and 6.30am on Wednesday 16 February 2011, thieves forced their way into City Electrical Factors on Finkells Way industrial estate, through a rear fire door.

The offenders stole £5300 worth of power tools including a number of Dewalt, Makita, Bosch, and AEG power and hammer drills.

Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area around the time of the incident or has been offered any power tools for sale, is urged to contact the police with information.
